Eric Jensen

Eric Jensen has been a professional guitarist for over thirty years. He started out playing Rock & Roll, Folk, and Blues in the Chicago area then moved to Boston to study Jazz. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Composition, Magna Cum Laude, from Berklee College of Music and studied guitar and improvisation with Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Mick Goodrick, Jerry Bergonzi and Charlie Banacos among others. After moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, Eric founded a successful commercial music production and audio post-production business, composing original scores for advertising, film and television shows including 'Unsolved Mysteries'. He was lured into the dot-com bubble by Internet music distribution pioneer, Liquid Audio, where he acted as Product Manager for indie artist and record label services. His first love has always been the guitar and Eric brings his sense of humor and passion for music and teaching to every lesson!
